The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the touristic objectives (2 minutes walk to Nevsky Prospekt) and 10 minutes walk from The Moscow Railway Station. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel.
The hotel is in a courtyard that doesn't look good. You will be surprised first time you see it. There was a bad smell in the bathroom of one of the rooms. You can hear the sounds between rooms.

The staff was realy friendly and the location was perfect - right in the center of the city.
The room wasn't clean. Especially the bathroom was dirty and had mold. Some things have been defect. Like the hang of the shower and the hairdryer. It was very loud in the hotel and you could here everything in the other rooms. The breakfast was very poor.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to Moskovsky railway and Nevsky prospekt, but still very quiet. Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast is basic, but they serve it anytime you want so you don't have to get up early. Note to Russian customers - it's better to book via Booked.net than by calling the hotel directly: I saved about 800 roubles by booking via the internet.
The info on this site is not accurate - there is no microwave in room.

Very cosy and agreeable hotel near the Nevsky prospect. Rooms are big enough for 2 people. Personal is very polite. We came here before 14-00 and it was not problem to check in

The room, the location as well as the kind staff are the plus of the hotel.
The building (except the section of the hotel) is run down and in a bad condition. The staff at the reception could only speak Russian. The "safe" in the room was not attached anywhere. One could just walk away with it.

It was quite good value for money, considering the timing of the trip. Bathroom was really nice, staff was very supportive.
Bed was very small for a double room, as it is offered.

Friendly personnel, central location (near Nevsky prospekt, 5 min walk to Moscow railway station). Clean. Wi-Fi without problem. The bed was double, not two single beds put together as in some St.-Petersburg hotels. Tea available at any time and no extra cost. Breakfast is served at your convenience (7-10 am).
Space: Tiny room. Only one chair (plain one, not an armchair). No desk (thus not suitable for anyone who needs to do work.) The only seating place with back support is the coach in the hall. There is only one table with 4 seats in the hall, so potential for time conflict (though it didn't happen during our stay). TV remote control was half-working. Cable TV didn't have Russian channel 5 (Culture), one of our favorites.

This mini hotel is located in one of the big flats of the living house and contains 5 individual locked rooms. Immediately after the entrance door to the flat it's quite nice, but the yard, the stairwell, the elevator etc. are not. The inner yard is a bit dirty. As near many gates and yards in the city (cause there are almost no public toilets), the entrance through the gates stinks. But if you don't care too much - it's fine.
